1. Why isn't the presentation video loading?

Explanation: Your browser does not support HTML5 or Flash.


2. How do I download a file?


  • Simply click or tap on the "DOWNLOAD" button under each product.
  • Alternatively, if you're using a PC, make sure you use either Firefox or Google Chrome (instead of Internet Explorer). Please right-click on the download button and select Save Link As.../Save Target then choose your Desktop as the saving location for easier access and click on Save.

4. Where is the "BUY" button?

Explanation: The buy button appears on the video presentation of the product, after a while, not from the beginning.


  • If you are looking for the "BUY" button and you are not interested in following the video presentation of the product, you can skip it and buy the product by clicking here.

3. How do I complete the order form?


  • Choose your Country - the country where your credit/debit card was issued.
  • Fill in your Zip/Postal code.
  • Fill in the Name inscribed on the card you want to use.
  • (Optional) Add your phone number.
  • Fill in your e-mail address – you will receive the product on this e-mail address.
  • Fill in your card number – as it is written on the front of the card.
  • Select your card's expiration date.
  • Fill in the card's Validation/CVV code.

5. Why isn't the "BUY" button working?

6. Why didn't I receive the confirmation email after buying the product?

Explanation: You have an anti-spam software installed or your e-mailing services provider has an anti-spam software installed.


  • Please check the spam folder of your e-mail account.
  • Attention! If your e-mail server has a spam filter, you might only receive a notification that an e-mail has been dropped to the spam folder without sending the actual mail to you.

7. I want a refund. What's the easiest method to get my money back?


  • If you decided the product is not for you and you need a refund, simply CLICK HERE and follow the instructions on-screen or watch the video. Our agents have direct contact with the payment institutions and can guarantee you the fastest way of getting your money back.
  • Attention! You can only ask for a refund during the first 60 day after you bought the product.

8. Do I have to follow the program strictly?


  • Besides the daily recommended meal, you can enjoy your regular meals for the rest of the day. Still, remember that we do not recommend fast foods, processed foods or alcohol. A glass of red wine once in a while is recommended though.
  • The Memory Healer Program was not developed as a constraining protocol. People who usually have memory problems or Alzheimer's have enough to deal with, which is why you won't be forced to keep a severe, drastic diet.

9. How soon should I see improvements?


  • We're happy to tell you that a large number of customers reported positive improvements after a few weeks of following the protocol. It starts with small improvements like agility and concentration and then you simply notice the positive results. The protocol is also suitable for people who are not yet dealing with memory problems but it is a great way of preventing such problems but offering your body and mind the nutrients and vitamins it needs to fight such a disease.

10. Can I follow the recommendations from the two eBooks at the same time?


  • You should take one thing at a time, focusing on too many at once makes one lose the details and people become more stressed. There are some diseases that go hand in hand, like diabetes and obesity, however, they are not the same thing.
  • If you're dealing with both Alzheimer's and Parkinson's – see which one is affecting you more and try to establish a priority.
